Hearts & Crosses collections are available through a select number of shops and galleries in the UK and internationally, enquiries from new wholesale customers are always welcome. All our products are made in the UK. Our wholesale terms are as follows:
SALES
Opening order minimum £150.
VAT
VAT is charged at current rate on all orders to UK customers. EU customers: VAT number required or UK VAT will be charged. Outside EU: Excempt from VAT.
EXPORT ORDERS
Payment on a proforma basis by bank draft or credit card.
DELIVERY
We will always try our best to deliver your goods as quickly as possible but please allow up to 4 weeks from the date your order is placed, unless otherwise stated. We can process orders in a shorter time by arrangement. Let us know your needs and we will do our best to meet them.
DAMAGE OR SHORTFALL
Notification of damages or shortage of goods is required within 3 days of delivery.
SHIPPING
Prices do not include shipping. Our shipping charges for the UK are £5.00 for orders up to £250, £7.50 for orders between £250-£500; there are no shipping charges for orders over £500. Delivery charges for outside the UK will be calculated individually.
PAYMENT
New customers will be required to pay on a proforma basis for their first order. On the completion and acceptance of a credit application, subsequent orders will be on an account basis. Account payments become due 30 days after invoice date. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or BACS payment. Severely overdue accounts will be passed over to a credit control company at the expense of the account holder and will be charged at 8% above the base rate, commencing from the due date of payment.
DISTRIBUTION
We make every effort to ensure that our stockists are never situated in close proximity to one another. Our acceptance of any new wholesale order is subject to us first establishing that there are no other Hearts & Crosses stockists located nearby.
All goods remain the property of Hearts & Crosses until paid for in full
