Ordering

We will always try our best to deliver your order within 3 days of receiving payment, subject to availability, however please allow up to 28 days. If your order is urgent, just let us know by calling 01598 740162 or e-mail julie@heartsandcrosses.co.uk and we'll do our best to meet your needs. Full payment is required when placing an order. Items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which requires a signature on delivery. We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control.

For mainland Great Britain - England, Scotland, NI & Wales - £4.95
For all other EU destinations £10.00
For international orders please e-mail Hearts & Crosses for a quote before placing an order.

Option 1 - Order and pay online - we accept the following credit and debit cards

To order an item simply click on the 'Add to basket' button. Once you have finished shopping, click on the checkout button (top right of the screen), fill in your details and click Pay by credit /debit card. You will then be taken to a secure server where you enter your credit card details.

Option 2 - Order and pay by post
Please make cheques payable to Hearts & Crosses and post to Bentwitchen Farm, Bentwitchen, South Molton, Devon EX36 3HA (please remember to include P&P). To help us process your order more efficiently, please remember to also include your order requirements e.g. style name, description and colour, delivery address etc.
